CONTEST REGULATIONS
In order for an audiobook to qualify for the Audiobook Contest it must meet the following requirements: |

OWNERSHIP |

You must hold full rights to the audiobook (both the written content and audio content). |

|
LICENSE |
| |
You are willing to give Make4fun a non-exclusive license to the content. This means that Make4fun can promote your audiobook (in whole or in part) on Make4fun or in any other media. "Non-exclusive" means you have the right to sign similar deals with as many other companies as you want. |
|
|
CONTENT RATING |
| |
Your audiobook must be suitable for a mainstream audience. That means no adult, erotic, violent or hateful content. |
|
|
BROAD APPEAL |
| |
Your audiobook must be of interest to a large number of Make4fun members (not just your family and friends.) To qualify for Audiobook Contest prizes, your audiobook must be downloaded more than 1,000 times. |
|
|
LENGTH |
| |
We recommend that your audiobook content be at least 500-words long, and that the associated MP3 file not exceed 10 MB. Story content that is shorter and a related MP3 file that exceeds this criteria may not pass the submission procedure. |
|
|
PAYMENT |
| |
You must have a PayPal account and a valid email address to receive your prizes. |
|
|
RIGHT OF REFUSAL |
| |
And finally, please keep in mind, Make4fun reserves the right to refuse any submission for any reason. |
