I purchased the diamond version of this software, I had to reformat my computer and now my key does not work, it is not explained anywhere that this will not allow you to restore your computer. I have tried to email support 6 times, they do not respond to my emails. I am getting really tired of weeks of no responses.

So I emailed again both on the premium customers support page and to the email address you provided days ago. Still no responses what so ever. This is really quite terrible as I had high hopes for this software and it was extremely expensive.

Plz check your mailbox and make sure that the emails from the following domains are not in your SPAM filter list:
