I'm a newbie and just purchased VC a few days ago. I found the tutorial on recording a song from an MP3 source (i.e. Windows Media Player) and have been able to record a file with the recorder.

Now, I'm trying to play back the file in the player and apply one of the Nickvoices to change the voice, but I'm getting no voice change. I figure I'm missing a simple step somewhere, but I can't find a tutorial that talks about changing the voice on a previously recorded file (or song). Can someone give me a tip on where I'm going wrong?

Thanks,
Tomtt2

You can follow this :

If you can't open a song with Windows Media Player, you can open it with K-Lite Codec Pack and change the voice with VCS normal
